How does AI photo generation work?
Upload a selfie and choose a template. Our AI analyzes your photo and generates a new stylized image based on the template you selected. Results typically take a few seconds to generate.
Why don't the generated photos look exactly like me?
AI generation produces stylized interpretations rather than exact reproductions. Results can vary based on photo quality, lighting, and the complexity of the template. For best results, use a clear, well-lit selfie with your face clearly visible.
How do I manage my subscription?
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (see above). You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your device. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support to request a refund.
How is my data used?
Your uploaded photos are processed by AI to generate images and are not permanently stored. See our privacy policy for full details.
How do I delete my data?
Delete generated images within the app, or uninstall to remove local data. Email support@ensous.com to request deletion of any server-side data.
